Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Products must be in unused, uninstalled, and original condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or invoice, must be provided.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged due to improper handling.
- Custom-made parts or special-order items not regularly stocked.
- Products returned without their complete original packaging or missing components.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. After approval, we will provide return shipping instructions. Returned items will undergo inspection to confirm compliance with our return policy before a refund is issued.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow for processing time depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies. Refunds cover the product cost only; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from a shipping error or defective item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
Important Notes
PhoenixFruitc Service reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our return conditions. If your item was damaged during shipment, please document the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery to facilitate a claim with the carrier.
